Is this a typo in the help guide?

In the Condition builder for volume expansion page of the help guide regarding the Strategy Wizard the example shows a 3 percent offset value giving a 300% offset result. Is this an error?

For example, to find the order submission section for the SuperDOM:
Order Entry Windows > SuperDOM > Order Submission

No this is not a typo. 3 = 300%

For a 3% offset, you would use 0.03

I have a question related to this, I just created a simple strategy on this and when running on range charts am noticing that the condition as dictated from the manual on volume expansion is actually not working (i.e. triggering on non volume expansion bars) and then as soon as I run the strategy on minute charts it works.

Is this a known issue or is it possible I am doing something wrong?
