I removed Ninja because of problems. When I tried to re install I get a message that reads; Another installation is in progress. You must complete that one before continuing this one. I have rebooted and still get this message.

Hello Craig,
Can you please check the Windows task manager and check if you see the installation running somewhere. Reboot your PC once more and clear your browser cache. Subsequently try the installation once more.

Hi,
Check on your computer if there's anything from NinjaTrader left on your computer. If there is delete it. and reboot your machine after. Then, please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. We will send you new installation instructions then.
