Adding MenuStrip to Charts

Any ideas how the following menu strip controls (drop down dialog boxes) were added to the NT chart? Notice the Bid x Ask drop downs.

Here is an example:

Hi Dave, this could be done with C#, but unfortunately it's beyond our level of support.
