Integration problems, esignal, Ninja trader and Russell2000 emini-contract

Problem on Russel for esignal - NT ATI implementation

Greetings,
I am currently having trouble sending market orders on the Russel. My test script is running fine when i use ES M7, YM M7 or ZG M7 etc. However, when i switch on the Russel (AB M7), the market orders are not completed by ninja trader. My assumption is that it is due to the fact that in NT, AB is labeled as ER2. Is there a fix for this problem?

Please set the mapping of "External" in instrument manager for ER2 to AB.
