Using SetStopLoss/SetProfitTarget with IOrder entires
Is it possible to use SetStopLoss/SetProfitTarget to manage the Exits while using IOrder for the entries. I prefer to use IOrder for the entry for its ability to keep an entry order "liveUntilCancelled". If so is there a Sample Script or other documentation on this that I have overlooked.
