Dear support,

I am dealing with a problem using volume bars. Independently on the volume I use, the candles have the same size, prices are rounded. To illustrate this feature, I include a picture. I have tried your newest version of NT as well as an older one and both do this. Other kinds of charts (minute etc.) do not behave like this.

Eubie, thanks for the post and welcome to the forums! I'm not sure I follow you, the chart looks correct to me, the minimum tick size of the ES 0.25

200 volume is much too small an increment to read candlesticks properly on the ES. It will work on the YM, but try increasing the volume setting to 2000, then you will see what I believe you are looking for.

thank you very much for your replies. The fault is mine, I have misclicked and chose ES instead of ER2, which I was looking for. I am new to trading, however I am sorry to have wasted your time with such a stupid mistake.
