Default Updating charts

I have been using a few new indicators on the ZN-- ECO Bar charts, and a few MAs. I find that while the chart redraws correctly in line with moves in the ECO it does not paint correctly. I have to close and reopen to have the colors correct. Or is there a way to refresh the chart without closing and creating a new one?

Is this a function of a lack of computer power? I am using a laptop with 2Gs of memory and a Pentium processor. Zen Fire is the feed

thanks
Jim

Hello Jim,

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately we do not provide support for 3rd party applications. I suggest to contact the vendor if the is a constant issue with the indicator.

You can refresh the chart by right clicking and selecting "Reload Historical Data" instead of opening an new chart.

I think I found the answer-- hit F5 to refresh. But is there a way for the chart to refresh itself? Would that mean a faster system--more memory or a faster graphics card?

sorry for the newbie questions/

Unfortunatelly there is not auto reload of historical data, you will have to do this manually.

Again, you may want to consult with the indicator's vendor to figure out why it is not plotting properly or if they have any tips for you.
