Default Assembly References

I have several assemblies installed in my NinjaTrader. Now when I write new NinjaScript and try to export it, it says the user on the other end must have all of these assemblies as well, even though I do not reference these assemblies in the code I am exporting. I've tried to remove the reference to the other assemblies by right clicking in the code, however it then generates errors when I try to compile the code. Additionally, I cannot remove any of these assemblies because it says I have a NinjaScript file referencing them (which I do not). How can I fix this?

When I try this I get an error message "There is a file which references an indicator contained in this assembly. You must remove this dependency before removing this assembly." The problem is that I have nothing referencing this assembly as I've deleted everything that was.

toptrader,

Unfortunately to repair this you may need to try a reinstall of NinjaTrader. Try deleting the My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5 folder after you uninstall and be sure to back up anything you want to keep beforehand.

This is a problem many have. I have resorted to sending the .cs files to my laptop and dropping them in NT there one at a time (with no other indicators but stock) and exporting/compiling one at a time. That is the only way to be sure this, in my opinion, horrible bug does not happen. I sure hope NT7 will have a fix for this.
