Default Refresh Question

Hi,

Can an indicator be coded to perform the equivalent of an "F5" refresh if certain conditions are met?

If so what is the relevant code syntax?

Also, is there a way an indicator can be coded to detect if the chart perriodicity or bar type has changed?

Thankyou

rt-trader,

Unfortunately you cannot programmatically call "F5".

You can check bar period with this: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...V6/Period.html
As far as detecting a change, you will need to store the value somewhere (perhaps a text file) and then reading it back.
