Thanks for you answer.
I did restarted NT, but now I get another Login failed message: The Fix server is not responding, unable to connect.
What can I do?
Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Please delete and recreate your connection.

To delete:
From the Control Center, click Tools > Account Connections. In the account connections menu, select your connection and click Remove.

Then, recreate the connection using the steps listed at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...chnologies.htm

I closed and reopened NT and I got again the same message: Login failed message: The Fix server is not responding, unable to connect.

Hello,

what was the solution here? We have the same problem with our (real, not demo) TT connection.

Hello GerTrader,

Thank you for your post.

Some common reasons for the Fix server not responding error are:

1.) Incorrect login credentials. Be sure you have entered the information EXACTLY as your broker sent it.

2.) Firewall, antivirus, or other protection software blocking the connection. Try disabling any of these if you have them installed.

3.) Router issues. Try a hardwire connection if possible.
