I am trading bonds and financials but in Dom they are displayed in fractions but in control etc they are displayed as decimals . How can I set it so it is the same in both ? ( preferably fractions in control panel as well .(Executions shown in control panel in fractions but shown as decimals under position strategies tab . )

You can't. They must be shown in decimals because in the control panel we need to display average prices which are not always divisible by tick size to a fractional equivalent.
