Default "you can not trade a futures contract in the dynamic superdom. use the static dom"

I am getting this error message please help!

Hello,

This error means that you are enabled for the Static SuperDOM, so you must use that for futures trading.

If you wish, we can disable the Static SuperDOM so you only have access to the Dynamic and you can then trade futures contracts. Please respond by email, not on this thread, if you wish to disable the Static SuperDOM.

Yes, some brokers include this in their price structure. If you don't have to purchase TT credits from us, than your broker most likely includes it.

If I am trading off the chart does the fee still apply to the transaction?

Yes, when you have the Static SuperDOM enabled, any trade you make in any window will use TT credits.
