Hello junkone,

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, connecting to non-standard connections is not supported. You will need to connect through one (or more) of the datafeeds listed at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...HistoricalData

what is this documneted in the help documents
External Data Feed Connection External Data Feed Connection

The External Data Feed Connection is a default connection installed with NinjaTrader. In combination with the DLL or COM Interfaces, it provides 3rd party applications the ability to drive NinjaTrader with market data.

This connection targets those traders who have programming experience and wish to create a market data link between their charting or custom application and NinjaTrader which allows them to use the full functionality of NinjaTrader's simulator. Please refer to the Ask and Bid functions of the DLL or COM Interface.

Hi junkone,

Thank you for your reply.

Correct, this is possible (via use of the External Datafeed connection) just not supported.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
