Default Can't access parts of the Format Data Series window

When I try to pull up a chart I am unable to enter parameters such as "Start Date" because I can't access them. I can't resize the Format Data Series window....

Hi maxpi, not sure I follow - there should be no need to resize the Format Data Series window, can you please post a screenshot of the issue you see? Thanks!

Thanks are you using any addon display enhancement software like Portrait Displays? If so, please try uninstalling it and recheck.

No, I don't have any display related software installed at all, just the driver that comes with XP.

Hi, please try using the specific video card driver from the manufacturer of your card.

I went through my journal, I had use Norton to restore the machine but I had put in a different display card.... even downloading the card specific driver did not fix it but putting the card in the machine that was in there when I made the restore point and restoring the machine again fixed it.. thanks for pointing me in the direction I needed to go....
