I set the chart session starting point and ending point at 4:30PM estern time. But the pivot line still shifts at day break point 12:00AM, not at the session starting point 4:30PM. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. I did follow the suggestion in the thread to change the the session begin and end time. But it appears the pivot calculation doesn't take that into account. It still shifts only at day break time 12:00AM no matter what the session begin/end time have been set. I just want to find out is there something I am missing, or this is the way how Ninijatrader is currently working. Thanks.

Hi Bill,

In the pivots properties, what do you have "PriorDayHLC" set to? Try Daily or Intraday.

PriordayHLC: CalcFromIntradayData;
PivotRangeType: Daily.
