I wonder if it is possible to automatically have Excel remove the pound signs from Entry and Exit info for individual trades? The purpose would be to perform a simple column subtraction to analyze the time in trade.

Why not use the duration property? That is exactly what you are looking for.

I can see the duration property just fine in the positions tab. However, when exporting I haven't yet found the duration column as a separate listing, so must remove the pound signs from before and after entries and exits and then do the calculation in the spreadsheet.
