Hello roonius .
I've edited your indicator a couple of times , changing from 60 min to 90 and
120 minutes . This all worked fine ,except every once and a while these S&R
lines start to fluctuate with every tick of price . Some times adding more time
to the chart by rolling back the session start time will stop this odd behavior .
Other times not . I'm just wondering if you had any clue as to why this is
happening ? tia

I may have figured it out . I had the bar type set to HiLo . Setting it to
candle seems to have fixed the problem . Never mind .

I appreciate you looking into it . I finally gave up on 90 and 120
min pivots . It seems that the hourly and 30 minute pivots are
trouble free . Fingers crossed . Thanks again .

To have 90 or 120 min it will not be enough just to change Period.Value
I don't know what modifications are you making

Not being a programmer , I just tried changing the value here :

hourlyBars= Data.Bars.GetBars(Bars.Instrument, new

Period(PeriodType.Minute, 60), Bars.From, Bars.To, (Session)

Bars.Session.Clone(), Data.Bars.SplitAdjust, Data.Bars.DividendAdjust);

Just changed the 60 to 90 or 120 . Seemed to work , at least for a while ?

It should not calculate properly then... The bars are retrieved by timestamp and there are more places in the code where 1 hour is used. 30 mins should not work properly neither. Of course it will plot, but values should be 30 mins late

Well , it was an experiment . Looking for confluence at hourly , 90 and 120
minute pivots . At some point I'll probably look into it more . Thanks again.

I seem to get viable pivots by changing the 60 min . to 120 . If this shouldn't
work , what would it take to properly plot 2 hour pivot ? tia

I modified hourlypivots to be used with any minute range between 15-180
Looks like working...
Let me know if something is wrong...

I already modified your old one to go down to 60 min. but it also works up to 1440 min. for daily pivots and I was using at 120 min. with no problems. Why would there be a 180 min. limitation on the new one? I'll look at it too.

You can remove that limitation. It just does not make big sense to me

I was just curious if there is a way to make the current pivots extend all
the way to the right edge of the chart ?
