Buy to Cover Stop Order got cancelled

I have make a buy to cover order. I am not sure why is it being cancelled.

The trade start at 2/4/2009 1:23:07 to do a short sell then at 2/4/2009 1:27:21 try to buy to cover. Instead of fill it and it cancel it.

What can be a problem?

Likely you did not resubmit to keep it alive.

But if you see the last trade in the log file. I am execute exitShortStop, but it get cancel, I am only issue this order when the price of that tick is same as that of the stop price. Isn't stop is a market order?

No. Stop orders are not market orders. Stop orders become market orders after price crosses the stop price. If the market price is never touched you need to resubmit the stop order or else it will get cancelled.
