windows off screen

Hi all my chart windows are off screen when I login. If I go to the task bar and make them maximized then they maximize in my screen ok but when I make them small again they go offscreen again. I am unable to move them either. Please assist - thanks

Hello Ninjauser,

Thank you for your post.

Please try the following to bring the missing window into the current monitor:
1. Right click on the missing window's icon in the Window's Toolbar at the bottom of the screen
2. Select move. If not available, double click the icon and try again.
3. Without pressing anything else, press the right arrow key ->.
4. Now move your mouse into the middle of the screen and your window should be attached.
