Default Opening a chart crashes NT.

My problem is that NT crashes when i go to open a chart. I am trying to open a chart, that has no indicators, no data, I am attempting to use the simulator connection which connects fine. I can open a super dom, I get the green 'conected' symbol. The chart never connects, and then NT crashes.

I had prior to this, deleted all the workspaces files, because they were not allowing NT to open. This allowed it to open, but unable to open charts. The chart I am attempting to open is the chart that was in the deleted workspace, if that is any help.

Hello,

I recommend reproducing the issue then immediately afterward send an email from Help>Mail to Support and reference this thread address link so we will take a look at your trace and log files.

Failed to send email

A connection attempt failed because connected server failed to respond. Many times over. Is there any way I can do a complete reload? Have found this version way to buggy to want to continue with it.

Hello,

The mail to support feature does not work for a handful of customers. Please email us direction at support at ninjatrader dot com. Your log and trace files can be attached from Documents>NinjaTrader 6.5>log and trace. The file names are dates. Please send us the most recent files.
Please include this thread address link for our reference.
