Hello and Happy New Year.
I had installed version 6.5.1000.6 Zen Fire and it was working perfectly up until... today! I thought that they have stopped supporting this version from the new year, so I downloaded the latest one (6.5.1000.8) and it still doesn't work! I mean, I am connected, however there is not live data feed! Latest data are from Dec 31st. Does anyone know what the problem is? |

I am on NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.7 and ZenFire.
The quotes for Nymex, Liffe and Matif are OK. Globex is still closed (opens at 5:00 CT) The only problem is EUREX, no quotes from ZenFire, Interactive Brokers is OK! |

I suggest contacting your broker for clarification.

Unfortunately NT does not provide your live data but your broker does. You would need to contact your broker for clarification.

unfortunatly what i suspect is we gonna lose the eurex data again...couse Ninza backfill servers won't work either....well done Zen fire..

Please contact your broker in that case as per post #5.
I tested a FDAX 03-09 chart and received data for today.
