Default New Year (?) problem. No live data with Zen Fire/Ninja platform

Hello and Happy New Year.

I had installed version 6.5.1000.6 Zen Fire and it was working perfectly up until... today! I thought that they have stopped supporting this version from the new year, so I downloaded the latest one (6.5.1000.8) and it still doesn't work! I mean, I am connected, however there is not live data feed! Latest data are from Dec 31st.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

I am on NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.7 and ZenFire.
The quotes for Nymex, Liffe and Matif are OK.
Globex is still closed (opens at 5:00 CT)
The only problem is EUREX, no quotes from ZenFire, Interactive Brokers is OK!

I suggest contacting your broker for clarification.

My broker is probably sleeping right now. (as the rest of citizens in Chicago!)

It should not be a matter of opening or closing times.
The EUR/USD is traded normally, for instance.
I cannot understand what the problem may be.
Futuresource.com that I use for 15-min delay charting, is also not up to date. So the problem must be a general one...

Unfortunately NT does not provide your live data but your broker does. You would need to contact your broker for clarification.

unfortunatly what i suspect is we gonna lose the eurex data again...couse Ninza backfill servers won't work either....well done Zen fire..

Please contact your broker in that case as per post #5.

I tested a FDAX 03-09 chart and received data for today.
