Forcast oscillator
Can anyone show me how to overlay a moving average of the forcast ocsillator as a line over the Forcast oscillator itself...?

You can create a custom indicator for this. Following is a link to a tutorial that shows a moving average on volume. You could just susbistute volume for your desired indicator.
