Default failed to verify license

I started today with Free option.

When trying to start Ninja Trader the error message "failed to verify license" appears.

Then it starts but no data connection is activated. Then I go to -->help-->license key , there I get the following message.

"NinjaTrader license servers could not be reached. Pleas enter your back door code here".

I am having this error with the ISP Ono from Spain, but I have not errors with my mobile connnection (Vodafone 3G). It seems to me that there is something blocked in Ono connection.

I will need some help about it. If needed, what must I say to my ISP? Is there any url and port for this servers to check if they can be reached or not?

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for the information.

Please answer the questions provided.

Are you connecting to NinjaTrader using the same PC?

Are you connecting to NinjaTrader through a network when using Ono?

Also, I recommend contacting the ISP to see if they have any input regarding this.

Thank u for the reply. Here my answers to your questions:

Are you connecting to NinjaTrader using the same PC?
Yes, it is the same: Sony Vaio VGN-SZ2XP/C with Windows XP
The difference between working or not is the internet connection.

Are you connecting to NinjaTrader through a network when using Ono?
When using Ono I have a wireless connection to an ADSL router of 6 Mb/300 Kbps . It is working well with http, ftp, or emails, but not for Ninja Trader.
When using Vodafone 3G I use a HSDPA USB Modem Huawei E220. It is a slower connection, but works well with everything.

Also, I recommend contacting the ISP to see if they have any input regarding this.
As I know help desk of spanish ISP i will need some aditional information, usually individual users do not have access to qualified help.

Hi jarmtrader,

I believe you have an issue because the firewall restrictions in your Wireless ADSL router when connecting through Ono.

Do you have full access to the router and its firewall settings?
