Default Connection failed

At times I have received a failed attempt to log in message...(10001) appears in the message. What is this error code?

Hello,

There is currently and issue with the Zen-Fire/NT connection and we are working with Zen-Fire on. As soon as the issue is resolved, we will repost.

We have been in touch with Zen-Fire and it turns out that one of the ISP carriers in the New York area has been down. Unfortunately there is nothing we or Zen-FIre can about. You will have to wait until the carrier is back up again. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

I know that you have no control over this, but considering the amount of money involved in trading over Zen-Fire I am really surprised that they don't have more redundancy built into their system. Are your other data providers down? Apparently not so there must be some ISP's that are up and carrying trade data. Can you please tell me how to contact Zen-Fire because if this is really the case, that one ISP carrier can shut them down, then they definitely need some redundancy on this.

Hello,

Your broker should be your first line of contact in this regard as they will have the best detail on what you are referring to.
