How do I change/delete a reference? I can add a reference but there is no "delete/change" button on the dialog to delete/change and existing reference ...

Guessing: If you mean "References" context menu on the NinjaScritp editor:
- click on item to delete - press the <DELETE> key

Apologies, I didn't catch the earlier question. But, Yes - Highlight/Delete works. Sorry! - I should have tried that first.
