Hello:
Currently in my strategy, I am using market orders to take on positions. I would like to change this such that I start of by entering a Limit order and then after 'x' seconds if the order is not filled, cancel this limit order and enter a market order. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Madhav |

Madhav,
It would be easier to work in terms of "x bars have passed". Then you can just run with your own bar counter to determine this. If this is unacceptable then you will need to use custom timer events. Please see the reference sample for that here: http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...ead.php?t=5965
