I'm using the beta version of NT6 and have a problem with my crosshairs blinking or flashing. Is this a known problem or does someone have a solution? This happens when using both white andblack chart backgrounds.

Thanks,
Ben

This is a problem with your video card and isa known issue. Are you using NVidia card? If yes:

- Right click in any empy area of your desktop and press properties
- Press the "Settings" tab
- Press the "Advanced" button
- Press the "Troubleshoot" tab
- Move the "Hardware acceleration" slider to the left a 3 notches and see if that makes a difference

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the help. I do have an Nvidia graphics card, an FX5200. Unfortunately, changing the hardware acceleration did not fix the problem.

Please retry by moving the slider completely to the left (=disabling hardware accelerator).

There is nothing we can do. There isa known issue with NVidia cards that cause some windowsapplications to flicker. This is their issue, not NT. It is discussed on the NVidia website forums. The solution we provided is the solution provided from them to their user community.

Thanks for checking.

As it stands, we don't have a resolution to this issue for you right now, sorry.
