How come there is no data show up in my charting. It was working fine before. I use esignal and tbameritrade as data feed. Both are not working..
when I look at log...I see following error message. Account '874257698' is not an express trading account and should not be traded by NinjaTrader' |

Hello,
Thank you for your post. I suspect you did not configure your TD AMERITRADE account for use with NinjaTrader. Please ensure you followed the instructions outlined at the link below. http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_TDAMERITRADE.htm

This error comes from TDA. They must have changed something in your account. You will have to reset it to be used with NinjaTrader.
Please let me know if it works as expected after following the setup guide.

what about esignal? Do you instruction for that...It was working for me last nite when I trade the future.

Please try repairing your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB.
Then open a new chart and see if it works. If not, please send me a note at support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. Put Attn: Ray Stein in the subject and reference this post so I can send you further instructions.

Nope...It is still not working...I repaired the database and connect esignal feed. and pull up new chart...there is no bar in the chart at all..
when do you think I could resolve the problem. |
