This morning I upgraded TWS to 861.5.
I uninstalled NT and reinstalled version 5.2.1000.3 When I try to connect I get the following error message (attached) Please can you advise what I should do? Many thanks, Tony |

Just a quick update - when I open NT and try to connect to IB I get this error and everything just hangs without connection.
However, if I then open TWS by hand it is connecting and the connection (so far at least) seems steady. |

Issue is related to recent TWS update: unfortunately IB keeps changing TWS command line parameters with new releases. We will incorporate this change in future NT releases. However, updating TWS to most recent release then is mandatory.
For now I suggest going back to previous TWS release und starting TWS manually. Our support team should have contacted you via PM.
