I have just installed my NinjaTrader this morning and tonight (Friday night)
NinjaTrader's connection to my Gain Capital demo FX account kept losing its connectivity. I am new to both Gain Capital and NinjaTrader. Does anyone know if this is becuase the connectivity is NOT supposed to work when FX market is closed or there are some other reasons. Thanks. |

During the GAIN account connection set up, there is a checkbox "Multiple connections" or something to that effect, please check this
On Monday, try and connect. If you experience continous disconnections do the following: Disconnect via File-->Disconnect Tools --> Acccount Connections and edit yourGAIN account Go through the wizard and put a check mark beside the option "Multiple Connections" Complete the wizard to save the change Then try and connect and see if this change makes a difference.
