IB connection
Hello
I am able to connect to IB simulated account, but live one doesn't connect. I did the active X socket, trusted account etc., FYI, when i connect to IB live it requires entering numbers from a password security card. I am sure many others have this too Does this make a difference? how do I connect |

Our customers usually connect with only a password and user name.
You can try connecting to TWS first and then connecting NinjaTrader, but if that does not work I would suggest contacting IB to see if you can have this account put under the User Name and Password like the Paper Trading account you can connect to.
