I want to use a simple stop - for example, -2.00 points. That -2 stop is entered on the entry strategy. If I want to use simulated stops, do I need to create a stop strategy and associated that stop strategy with the entry strategy? I don't see a simluated stop checkbox anywhere else. Thanks.

Yes, that is is how you can do it for a predefined strategy. However, for a strategy that is already running, just press the SS label on the left hand side of the DOM to enable simulated stop. SS will only appear in a DOM that has an active strategy displayed.
