Default issues with IB and asian futures

I have access to hkfe futures data. However, it does not work in NT.

I've checked the symbol mapping -HSI - to make sure its the same in IB.
What's strange is that the live chart and backfill works fine but there is no bid/ask, DOM or T&S data available (all of this is available in IB's TWS).

Any ideas?

Btw are there any plans to extend the capability of DOM levels for those exchanges which have more than 5 levels of depth etc?

- please contact IB support on the bid/ask issue on the HSI. NT only displays the data which it receives from IB. If there is no bid/ask, then there is no bid/ask data submitted by the IB API
- currently there are no plans to have more than 5 levels on the DOM. I added it to the list of future considerations though
