Please Fix Bug Where Highs & Lows are Incorrectly plotted by 1-4 ticks

If one uses the zoom in feature or set the bar width to greater than one, then the bar Highs can be plotted 1-4 ticks higher than the actual data from the data vender and as shown in the data box. Similarly, the Lows of the bars can end up being plotted 1-4 ticks lower than the actual data.

Because of this I end up using the data from the data box to set my stops, because the bar chart highs and lows are not always correctly representing the data.

NT is great software & has great customer support. Customer support said the development department is aware of the problem and advised that reducing the width of the bar to 1 is presently the only way to prevent this from happening.

I hope the fix for this will be given a high priority and be coming soon.

I'm also wondering if there is a place on the forum that lists any other know bugs that NT users should be aware of?

    Rob.
