NT7 64bit problem printing

using NT7 64bit, from a chart select image->print -- nothing happens.
Close NT and reopen in 32bit mode and the print function works as expected.

I'm using xp professional x64 -- and confirmed other 64bit programs are printing normally.
Same results after rebooting.
