    Opentick server connecting problems

    Hi,
    since Friday/Saturday 4/4 -4/5 I can not connect to the Opentick servers
    even for delayed data anymore? I have not changed anything in the loging or with my opentick account or with NinjaTrader. The only thing I did
    some days ago was to install NinjaTrader on a second machine with the same (free) Licence Key but connecting to Opentick did work on both machines simultaneously till Friday evening.

    Over the weekend I only got the error message:

    Login failed: Cannot connect to the server (2003)

    Does anybody have similar problems connecting to opentick?

    Thanks for any kind of help.

    I'm also getting the exact same problem as well trying to connect to Opentick, I can't connect today. I upgraded NT 6.5 from Beta 10 to the released version - I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

      Please contact OpenTick about the status of their servers. It may be down.

        Of course I did that on Sunday to but because of the weekend have
        no reply yet.

          I think its an OT problem. There are upgrading infrastructure and won't take new customers or subscriptions at the moment.

            Hi Cbaer,

            I tested my OpenTick connection early this morning and received the same error message. I just checked again and was able to connect. Can you please try connecting to OpenTick and check if can establish a connection.

              Unfortunatly it is still not possible for me to connect. I do not know why. Do you have a real time connection with OT? I only have a delayed connection but I am not a new subcriber. Can I send you some kind of report or debug log that could help to find the cause of this problem?
              Unfortunatly I still do not have a reply from Opentick.

                Hi Cbaer,

                Please send me your OpenTick login credentials to support AT ninjatrader DOT com and put "Attn Jason" in the subject header.

                I can then test the connection on my end to see if I can reproduce the error message.
