Custom Software

I didn't know where else to put this. Move if necessary.

I'm planning to have some custom software built that will be heavy on graphics and the use of ZenFire's data to drive those graphics (like charts but not). No strategies, indicators, or orders. So a few questions:

1. Will the software have to be within (or go through) NT, or can it be a standalone, just using ZenFire's data stream?

2. What info. will I have to provide the programmers?

3. Is this even possible?

I am not sure what built-in software you are planning to use. I suggest to provide your wishes to the programmers to see if it is possible to create.

You will need to check with the programmers if it is possible.

I'll word it a bit different...

If I get a custom program built (nothing to do with NT) that interprets market data into a graphical representation (like a simple candlestick chart for instance); will I be able to use ZenFire's data to power that software?

Hello David,

Unfortunately you will need to check this with the NinjaScript consultant if this is possible.

If the custom program is a standalone and has nothing to do with NinjaTrader, I believe this is not possible.
