Charts Not Updating

Hello,

I recently downloaded NT7 and subscribed to Kinetick CME data. When I open a chart for oil, CL, it will display the chart correctly but will not update the price.

The data series end date is today, and I've changed the session template to 'Default 24/7' and still not updating.

Also, I am trying to run a strategy on the sim account but it is not entering orders, very simple strategy that backtested without error.

I don't see anything in the NT log about errors, delays, etc.

Could you please let me know what CL contract you were using? CL 09-11 or CL 10-11?

I'm using CL 10-11. New issue, the data is only showing until 8:30 central time. (Half hour ago).

The DOM is not updating, or showing any data.

Sadly I think I found my mistake. I subscribed to CME data and it should probably be NYMEX data. Sad day.
