I downloaded CADCHF data (at least I think I downloaded data for a 2 week period) in simulation mode and then turned it off under Connections. I then activated Playback Connections to playback the data but the playback control is grayed out so that I can not set the start and end dates downloaded. I have used this mode before in 7 but this is first time in 8. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Below is a link to a short video I have recorded that demonstrates downloading Sept 20th for CADCHF from the NinjaTrader Market Replay servers and playing this back in the playback connection.
