Tom's Oscillator

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if you could help me to code the oscillator in Advanced Get, called Tom's Oscillator.
It is quite simply the difference between two moving averages, with the 5,35 settings as default.
I may have the .ela code somewhere, but I can't find it right now.
