Hi,

After 2 weeks of using Ninja in the free simulation mode connected to Esignal, so live data, I connected it up to FBC my broker (they gave me the details how to do this)

Wanted to make sure it was working OK before putting on a live trade. Did the following:

Turned off global simulation on control center. Brought up a superDom , chose the contract, chose account Sim 101 (not my broker) and did a market order. This is what it said:

Order not accepted since market data is not supported by connectivity provider.

Is this an problem due to Esignal or FBC ? On the control center it says in green I am connected to FBC and Esignal. There is data on the Dom and my charts.

Can I still do simulation now I am connected to my broker ?

Just turned FBC connection off and now I can put on a Sim101 trade using Esignal. Does this mean once connected to broker you lose Sim101 or perhaps FBC won't support this function.

Please note I connect to FBC first, then Esignal. I was told by FBC this was the best order when loading up. Does the order of who you connect to first, effect how Ninja works.

Hi,

You can always select the Sim 101 account, no matter who you connect to.

Whoever you connect to first will be your datafeed provider. So if you want eSignal datafeed, you need to connect to them first before you connect to your broker.
