Second charts move similar to tick charts

I use 1 and 5 second charts but for some reason they behave similar to tick charts, meaning that they move only if there is a change in price. I need a constant time scale, but because of this bug, scale on time axis differs depending on the activity of the market. As far as I know, other people have a similar problem. I tried to find a solution on this forum but failed.

PS. Looks like I posted in a wrong thread. I thought its a NT 6.5 support thread. Could you please transfer it to a correct one?
