Allow strategies to load chart templates...

I think it would be helpful to allow strategies to (optionally) load a specific chart template that way users can set up a chart how they like (panel, line width, color) for each strategy much easier and with greater flexibility than using the "plot on chart" option in the strategy wizard, or hard coding it into the strategy.
