Chart not loading and license code shown as invalid

Hi,

Suddenly, charts are not loading and I am getting an error

Error on loading chart data for "SPY" Failed to retrieve data from Google.

Also, it seems my license code has become invalid. When I enter my code taken from Ninjatrader at

https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect

I get an error

We're sorry, your license code appears to be invalid or was entered incorrectly. Please try again.

Not sure whether these two problems are related or not.

Glad to assist. These are likely separate issues. For the key error, please email PlatformSales[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with a copy of your license key and the error message (Help > License key).

Regarding the SPY and Google data error, I can confirm I am seeing the same when testing on my end. I will look into the issue further on our end and follow up with our findings.

As a workaround, SPY data will be able to be loaded via the Kinetick End of Day feed (File > Connect).
