Order Types

Hi,

I am new to NinjaTrader, recently downloaded NT7.

I tried to find out the difference between diff order types and have gone through 8 video on youtube channel as well.

Would you please guide me where I can find the difference between the following order types.

Sell Limit
Buy Limit
Buy Stop Limit

Buy Limit
Sell Stop
Sell Stop Limit

Please also let me know if all brokers support the above six order types?

Unfortunately we do not have a list availble that goes over which orders are supported by each broker and you would need to contact them directly for confirmation.

Thanks for your reply.

But I wanted to find what is the difference between these order types. I wanted to find out the explanation about the time when these orders get filled.

Say market order will be filled immediately and at whatever price prevailing in the market.

Not all broker supports all order types. Unfortunately we do not have a list of supported ordertypes for all our broker partners.
