Add option support

Hi guys,

I thought I wouldn't need this... but I've changed my mind. It would be incredibly, incredibly valuable to me to have support for the trading of options within NinjaTrader. (Right now I'm only on IB, so just having IB support would be enough.)

Anything you guys could do there would be great.

NinjaTrader has been looking into options trading and is something we are hoping to offer to our customers in the future.
