    Time and Sales

    Hi,
    In my attached file you can see that in some places the time and sales data prints on top of existing data making it difficult to read, it seems to happen during times of high volume bursts. Any idea how I can prevent this ?

    That is strange, what data feed are you connected to when this occurs?

        Hi,



        I'm unable to reproduce the errors occurring in your Time and Sales window. Please repair your database then reset the T&S settings by using the instructions provided.

        Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

        Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
        From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
        Select the "Misc" tab
        Press the "Repair DB" button
        Press the "OK" button

        Reset T&S settings:

        Right click in the T&S window
        select properties
        click reset
        click apply


        Please let me know if this resolves your inquiry.

          Hi Michael,
          I tried resetting T+S and repairing the database but I still have the same issue.
          The trades only start overwriting each other in times of extremely high volume or activity in the markets. I've tried living with it for the last few months but as the T+S window has become so much more important to my trading I'd like to fix this somehow,

              ES-03-09, Friday 20 Feb from 19:00:50 to 19:16:52 Central European Time is a good example.

                I have also experienced this, and am frustrated about it as well.
                Here is a link to my question as well. I also provided a screen grab of the issue.

                    Can you please check what version of NinjaTrader you have installed. You can check this under Help-->About.

                    Did you try resetting the properties settings of the T&S window?

                      Hi Jason,
                      I'm on the latest 6.5 .1000.8. Yes I have reset the T+S many times, and reinstalled NT but no luck yet,

                              I suggest to try a few tips listed at the link below and check if this will make any difference.


                              So far, I have not seen it on my end.

                              What kind of PC's are you running NinjaTrader on; amount of RAM and CPU.

                              Do you have any software installed recently?
