Use a CalculationMode with SetStopLoss and you're probably fine.

Hard to say if more people use ExitLongStop, that's more advanced (and more code, since you must differentiate between ExitShortStop vs ExitLongStop)

I'd surmise the answer is more this: those who use SetStopLoss probably use a CalculationMode, and I'd bet 'CalculationMode.Ticks' is the most popular.

Why? If you use the currency form of SetStopLoss, that method does not, AFAIK, automatically adjust itself if you trade more than 1 contract.

But if you use 'CalculationMode.Ticks', for example, no changes are necessary as you increase the order quantity.

Hi, just coming in to ask simple question.
I want to my strategy to buy or sell, when prices crosses the atr stop. What unit would I use to say ( price bar cross above atr buy, price bar cross below atr short.)

      TY
