    Mirus-Accounts Cash Value incorrect when left overnight

    Yesterday my Accounts tab | Cash Value was correct.
    I let the (latest Beta downloaded and installed yesterday) software run overnight
    This am my Cash value is incorrect. It appears that it is adding in yesterdays trades to todays balance artifically inflating the $$ in the account based on the previous days profits.
    If I exit and restart the app then the cash value appears correct.

      I experience the same issue many times. Sometimes even restart didn’t help

        Hello,

        Thank you for your patience.

        So that we may look into this further as these values are reported directly from the broker. We will need to take a look at full logs and trace for the day this occurred.

        Either Remek or MJC Can you please send a note from the platform in the Control Center->Mail To Support and reference this forum post and put ATTN: Brett in the subject line and make sure Trace and Logs are checked so that we may look into this.

        Also in the email please let me know what day this occurred so that we may find out what has occurred.

          I have not received the files at this time. Did any one of you send in and we somehow missed them? Please be sure to reference this forum post when you send in the files, if you have done so please let me know here so that I can insure that I have recieved them.
