    IB + Dax +Outside Regular Trading Hours

    I know this is an old discussed issue here but i was considering buying a licence of NT and i would like to know if this issue is fixed.

    I have been reported by other users that trade dax as me, that when they try to input a new trade into the superdom they get this message in NT

    "Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours' is ignored based on the order type and destination. PlaceOrder is now being processed. (2109) Affected Order: Sell 3 Market.

    As i tried to assist them i asked them about Order Defaults on TWS and their TWS versions.

    They all had "Trigger trades outside trading hours" active and latest TWS version.

    What happens after the error messages is.. sometimes limit order dont go to TWS, other times it goes, gets filled, but then the limit and stop get the same message, and those bracket orders never pass to IB.

    Is this a issue that NT still carrys? as i only trade Dax, if this happens NT is not for me

    The message you posted is a warning (had no impact on order handling) which should be handled using latest 6.5.1000.4

      So if i got it right, using your latest version of NT and latest version of TWS there is no more that problem correct?

      I just called my friend and he tells me he haves that error message and that it do stops NT from placing limit and stop orders after entry order is filled.

      Warning or not, he says it stops NT from proprelly managing the strategies.

          Please make sure you friend is on latest 6.5.1000.4. He should touch base with our support team if he then still has the issue.

            He said he have done it but still having the same issues.

            So my question to you, as an sale inquire almost is:

            Is that suposed to be a problem on trading european futures, or is something that is already fixed?

            because i cant subscribe to your application knowhing there is an open issue with dax exchange and ib.

              Your friend should send us to "support AT ninjatrader DOT com":
              - his logs and traces (Help->Mail to support)
              - when did this happen?
              - ID of order affected

                Ok i will pass information to him, but my question remains.

                Is that an known bug between NT and IB?

                Or it was suposed to be fixed already and no error as such should present itself?

                    Ok so i am safe to subscribe to NT and i am not suposed to get the same kind of errors.

                    Alow me if u dont mind to ask this.

                    I been in subscription page, and it shows for the 50$ a month payment plan, when u click subscribe now, a paypal internet explorer page pops up. Showing 600$. will i be billed for the 600$ imediatly or only 50$ per month?

                      There are various plans available as per our subscription page. The $600 option would require a once per year $600 payment.
